It is time for every local Democrat’s favorite event: The Wilson County Democrats Annual Chili Cook-Off! This event is our biggest fundraiser of the year, and in 2026, there is nothing hotter than being a Democrat! Meet your 2026 midterm candidates, taste the best pots of chili in town & bid on unique silent and live auction items to support the work our party volunteers are doing!

FOR CANDIDATES: Candidates will have the opportunity to set up a display table at our event. Please email Contact@WilsonCountyDemocrats.org to reserve your table. For county and municipal races, candidates will have half a table with another local race candidate.
FOR CHILI CONTESTANTS: Anyone wishing to enter their chili into the chili cook-off, should sign up at THIS FORM. They must drop off their chili in a crockpot by 4pm on January 31st. 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners will have their name added to the corresponding winners' trophy!
FOR AUCTION ITEMS: Each year, folks donate amazing items for our event! Items we would love to have in our live or silent auction would be: AirBNB stays, travel gift cards, autographed items, artwork, Democratic & patriotic items, event tickets, services for local businesses & more. We ask that all auction items be dropped off by 4pm at the event space by January 31st. Please let us know what item you will be bringing, by filling out this form!

Tennessee has a Republican Supermajority. We have got to change this! The 7th Congressional District race is one way we can! The odds are good that TN can flip this seat, but it is going to take some man power! Wilson County is committed to helping District 7, so we have created two opportunities to volunteer. Are you running for office, considering it or want to learn how to support a local candidate who is running for office? Join us on Saturday, November 1st from 1-6pm and Sunday, November 2nd from 2-5pm for hands-on training as we head into the 2026 midterms. Pre-registration is required to attend. Please fill out the form below to register!
You are not required to attend both full days of session, but we promise, the time will be valuable! We expect to have final daily schedules emailed to everyone at least three weeks before the event so you can plan your weekend! Snacks and meals will be provided both days.
